WhatsApp, which is owned by Facebook, is preparing to bring another new feature. This is a feature that sends a photo to a person and disappears automatically after he sees it.
This means that the photo cannot be saved or forwarded to the recipient’s library.
WabetaInfo, which is known for releasing the latest information about WhatsApp, has released the news that WhatsApp is set to test a new feature in the iOS and Android version.
This feature has been available on Signal and Instagram since last year and according to their report, this is similar to the feature already available in direct messaging on Instagram.
To do this, first select to send an image from your gallery. You will see a clock symbol right next to the caption. Click this clock icon if the sender’s image disappears as soon as it is seen. The image will not only disappear after the recipient sees it, it will not be saved on his phone. But a screenshot of it might be possible.
WhatsApp Beta Info says that this feature will be available to all users in the next WhatsApp update soon.
