This is because Xiaomi’s first Redmi 5G smartphone Redmi Note 10T was launched in India on a specific date.

Xiaomi on Monday (July 12) revealed that the Redmi Note 10T5G, Xiaomi’s latest and first Redmi 5G smartphone to be launched in India, will be launched on July 20th.
The new smartphone, which comes under the Redmi Note 10 series, sits with the Redmi Note 10, Redmi Note 10 Pro and Redmi Note 10 Pro Max, and was launched in the country last March.
The Redmi Note 10 T5G is the renamed Redmi Note 10 5G (originally launched in Europe) launched in Russia last month and the Poco M3 Pro 5G launched in India.
Xiaomi India Communications President, Kasturi Baladi, did make an appearance in the video announcing the release date of the Redmi Note 10T5G.
Sami has also developed a dedicated microsite to showcase the design of the upcoming smartphone ahead of its official launch.
Reminiscent colour Last week, Amazon teased the launch of the Redmi Note 10T smartphone in India. It is expected that this smartphone will go on sale through the online market and other channels shortly after its launch on the aforementioned date next week.
Price (expected) of Redmi Note 10 T5G smartphone in India:
The price of the Redmi Note 10D in India is yet to be announced. However, its price is similar to its Russian variant. That means the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage variant was launched in the Russian market for around Rs 19,990 in India, so it is safe to assume that the smartphone will be launched in India at around Rs 20,000.

The Redmi Note 10T smartphone features a 6.5-inch FHD + (2400 × 1080) dot display with a 90Hz refresh rate and adaptive zinc display.
The smartphone is supported by a MediaTek Dimensionality 700 chipset along with 6GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage.
This latest Redmi smartphone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor that runs on MIUI 12 based on Android 11 OS.
Weighing in at 161.81 x 75.34 x x8.92 mm and weighing 190 grams, the smartphone features a 48MP primary sensor on its rear camera system, a triple rear camera system comes with a 2MP depth sensor and 2MP macro lens.
You can take better selfies with this 8 MP camera and also for video calls.
This smartphone packs a 5,000 mAh battery and supports 18W fast charging. Interestingly, the Redmi Note 10D only supports 4G in Russia, although it does run on the Dimension 700 chipset. But will support 5G in India.
As for connectivity options, it supports Wi-Fi 5GHz, NFC, Type-C port and 3.5mm head-jack.
