- Price announcement before launch
- Introducing Nothing Ear 1 India on July 27
- Available to buy via Flipkart
The Indian pricing of Nothing Ear 1 earbuds in India has been officially announced via the popular e-commerce website Flipkart.
It is available for Rs 5,999 on Flipkart. It’s an extraordinary strategy of this new brand and with reminiscent colour, Nothing Ear is a company that runs with the support of OnePlus co-founder Carl Bee.
The product will be officially launched on July 27th, 2021. That means its price was revealed two weeks before its launch.
The company has already announced the name of the product as Nothing Ear 1 and it has been confirmed that it will be available for purchase through Flipkart in India.
Its design is also on display via Flipkart. According to leaked details, Nothing Ear 1 will come with active noise cancellation support.
Nothing Ear 1 Indian Price:
It can be said that Nothing Ear 1 has chosen strong pricing for its first Indian launch. Nothing Ear 1 is available for Rs 5,999 on Flipkart.
Carl Bee, co-founder and CEO of Nothing Ear 1, reveals that the global price of Nothing Ear 1 is approximately Rs. 10,200 in India.
So, it is obvious that the Indian price is significantly lower than the global price. This may be a better decision considering the competitiveness of the true wireless segment in the Indian market.
Considering that an earphone will make active noise cancellation at this price, it looks like not only brands like Oppo, RealMe and OnePlus but also some affordable options from brands like Sony and Samsung will “buy” from Nothing Ear 1.
There is no doubt that trolley wireless earphones with a transparent case will be very unique when it comes to reasonable prices.
Nothing Ear 1 Features:
Not much is known about Nothing Ear 1 beyond the transparent design and active noise cancellation.
As far as we know, Nothing Ear 1 has signed a contract with Swedish industrial design company Teenage Engineering. Samsung has appointed Manu Sharma, an experienced senior executive at the company, to take the lead in India.
The launch event is scheduled for July 27, when more details, features, and other specifications about Nothing Ear 1 will be revealed.
Although the company acquired Essential, a smartphone maker in early 2021, it did not work on large-scale works, and only now, after a long run, is truly entering the market with wireless earphones.
