    A developed MVP is executed on test cohorts. Here the statistical data is analyzed in detail and, again, rotations of individual functions or even of the entire product are possible. During the soft start, the process of finding the best features continues. Some functions are amorphous and can be changed at any time, some are removed, and others are added. If, after many attempts, it is still not possible to achieve profitability, a more radical change in the business model would be considered: partnerships, creation of a product for a specific customer, barter cooperation and other options. It might happen that the result is not quite what it was designed, even in essence, but if it works and fixes people’s problems and saves you money, that’s great.
