• Introducing the Honor V7 Pro with 120Hz display: price and features

    The Honor V7 Pro is the latest tablet to be unveiled at the Honor Company’s mega event. The Honor Tab V7 Pro has a 120Hz display with up to 256GB of onboard storage. The first device where the tablet serves as a feature with the MediaTek Companio 1300T SoC processor, which was unveiled late last month.

    The Honor Tab V7 Pro is priced at CNY 2,599 (approximately Rs 29,800) for the Honor Tab V7 Pro Basic 6 GB RAM + 128GB storage variant, CNY 2,799 for the 8 GB + 128 GB variant (Rs 32,100), and the top-end 8 GB + 256 GB variant for the CA 37,800).

    The tablet also comes with a 5G option in 8 GB + 256 GB configuration and is priced at CNY 3,699 (Rs. 42,400) and will go on sale in China from August 19 in Dawn Blue, Gold and Titanium Silver. However, according to sources, Honor has not yet revealed any details about the global pricing and availability of the Honor Tab V7 Pro.

    Honor Tab V7 Features:

    The Honor Tab V7 Pro runs on the Android 11 based MagicQI 5.0 software platform. It has an 11-inch 2K (2,560×1,600 pixels) IPS display with a 16:10 aspect ratio, 276-pixel density and 120 Hz refresh rate. DCI has a DCI-P3 colour gamut and 6.9 mm bezels. It carries an 86 per cent screen-to-body ratio. The Honor 6-nm Octacore MediaTek Companio powers a 1300T SoC processor, Mali-77MC9 GPU with up to 8 GB of RAM. The tablet comes with a 13-megapixel primary sensor, a 2-megapixel macro shooter and a dual rear camera system paired with LED flash. There is also a selfie camera sensor on the front.

    The Honor Tab V7 Pro expands via microSD card and has a storage capacity of up to 256GB. Connectivity options include 5G (optional), Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS / A-GPS, and USB Type-C port. DTS: The Honor Tab V7 Pro comes with quad cameras that support the X Ultra. This tablet also has an optional Honor Magic keyboard, which includes a touchpad and enables a PC mode to provide a laptop-like experience.

    The keyboard has a magnetic design similar to the Magic keyboard provided by Apple for the iPod Pro. In addition, the company has introduced the Honor Magic Pencil 2. It has 4,096 pressure levels and an 8-millisecond latency rate, and the stylus supports magnetic charging.
