The new update adds a new interface to WhatsApp calls and new features to group calls.
WhatsApp released its latest 220.127.116.11 beta update. The new update adds a new interface to WhatsApp calls and new features to group calls. Apple iOS beta users will now be able to view the new interface when making calls.
According to screenshots shared by WABetaInfo, the new interface looks similar to Apple’s FaceTime app. The new interface is thus configured so that a user can quickly access the options that are likely to be viewed during the call. Also, there is a ring button viewed at the bottom of the screen. The new WhatsApp beta update provides you with the opportunity to make a group call in between. That is if someone invites you to join a group call you were not able to join at that time, but you can join that call if you open WhatsApp before the call ends. For this, when you take the call section of WhatsApp, you will be given the option of ‘Tap to Join’ in the ongoing call. You can join by clicking on it.
This feature is currently only available to iOS beta users. But soon it will be available for Android beta testers as well. After that, it will be available to regular users. This is a feature that is helpful for those who are unable to join in group calls during rush hour.
If this feature is not available to you now then it will be available in the next few days. WhatsApp introduced this new feature today and you have to wait patiently to get it said by WaBetaInfo.
